Plow In Season, Sluggard
Proverbs 20:4

Sluggards do not plow in season;
so at harvest time they look but find nothing.

First, the sluggard is Johnny-Come-Lately.
Even if he finally does decide to plow, it will be too late.
Then, at harvest time, he is Old-Mother-Hubbard.
