Sacrifice, Righteousness, and Justice are three philosophic pillars.
While Sacrifice is an only child,
Righteousness and Justice are sisters.
Fools Quarrel
Proverbs 20:3
It is to one’s honor to avoid strife,
but every fool is quick to quarrel.

Altercation is foolish.

between an altercation and an argument.
Blaming God
Proverbs 19:3
A person’s own folly leads to their ruin,
yet their heart rages against the Lord.

When you point your boney finger at someone,
you point 3 fingers back at yourself.
All of my failures were from my own folly.
You cannot lose when you follow the Lord.
Wickedness Breeds Contempt
Proverbs 18:3
When wickedness comes, so does contempt,
and with shame comes reproach.

Wickedness breeds contempt.
Shame brings reproach.
Wickedness brings along with it a disdain for all things good.
Shame brings honest regret which can actually bring restoration.
The Crucible, The Furnace, And The Lord
Proverbs 17:3
The crucible for silver and the furnace for gold,
but the Lord tests the heart.

The Lord is compared to a crucible and a furnace.
The heart is compared to silver and gold.
The Lord will purify your heart and reveal its true value.
