13 The poor and the oppressor have this in common:
The Lord gives sight to the eyes of both.

OPPRESSOR is likely better stated USURER.

The borrower and the lender need each other.
Jesus gives both of them insight as well as eyesight.
Both are expected to treat each other humanely.
