Proverbs 9:8
Do not rebuke mockers or they will hate you;
rebuke the wise and they will love you.

Mockers hate rebuke.
The Wise profit from it.
Your rebuke will be rewarded accordingly.

Proverbs 9:7
Whoever corrects a mocker invites insults;
whoever rebukes the wicked incurs abuse.

You can see it in the daily news.
When the ungodly are challenged,
instead of addressing the issue,
they insult and abuse the challenger.
Typical of the Pod People.

Proverbs 9:1-6

Wisdom has built her house;
she has set up its seven pillars.

She has prepared her meat and mixed her wine;
she has also set her table.

She has sent out her servants, and she calls
from the highest point of the city,

“Let all who are simple come to my house!”
To those who have no sense she says,

“Come, eat my food
and drink the wine I have mixed.
6
Leave your simple ways and you will live;
walk in the way of insight.”

The principles of Wisdom are completed.
She has already built her house.
Her meat is already prepared.
Her wine is already mixed.
Her table is already set.
There is no room for evolution here.
What was wise for for these people is wise for me:
Adam, Able, Noah, Abraham,
Moses, David, Solomon,
The Prophets, Apostles, and Disciples,
and Jesus.
