Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;

in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight.

The culture has perverted Faith to mean Blind Faith.
But in the Scriptures, it means Informed Trust.
Trust is built from both learning and experience.
The Scriptures assure us that the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob can be trusted.
Our experiences reinforce our faith.

Let love and faithfulness never leave you;
bind them around your neck,
write them on the tablet of your heart.

Then you will win favor and a good name
in the sight of God and man.

Love and Faithfulness are a dynamic pair.
Faithfulness strengthens Love.
Love strengthens Faithfulness.
While Love is not a prerequisite for marriage,
Faithfulness is.
