Proverbs 11:4
Wealth is worthless in the day of wrath,
but righteousness delivers from death.

Wealth is only of value in the physical realm.
It will not help you in the day of wrath.
Righteousness will rescue you from death.
Lazy Or Diligent Hands
Proverbs 10:4
Lazy hands make for poverty,
but diligent hands bring wealth.

Your very own hands will bring you
either poverty or wealth.
So put your lazy hands to work.

Instruct the wise and they will be wiser still;

Proverbs 7:14-20

“Today I fulfilled my vows,
and I have food from my fellowship offering at home.

So I came out to meet you;
I looked for you and have found you!

I have covered my bed
with colored linens from Egypt.

I have perfumed my bed
with myrrh, aloes and cinnamon.

Come, let’s drink deeply of love till morning;
let’s enjoy ourselves with love!

My husband is not at home;
he has gone on a long journey.

He took his purse filled with money
and will not be home till full moon.”

Well, I fulfilled my vows today,
so I have plenty of food for us.
My husband is gone until the next full moon,
and I am prepared to “enjoy ourselves with love”.
